Why Industrial AI Demos Need Product-Truth Labels

Industrial AI demos often need to communicate both what a product can show today and where the product is heading. That creates a credibility risk when working interfaces, precomputed outputs, experimental models, simulated data, and future architecture appear inside one seamless experience.
BurnHancer addresses that risk through visible product-truth labels. A working frontend is identified as a Working Prototype. Precomputed visual results are identified as Curated Demo Outputs. Unvalidated interpretation is identified as an Experimental AI POC. Sample process values are identified as Simulated Previews. Explanatory text is identified as an AI-Assisted Draft. Planned integrations and optimization layers remain Future Roadmap.
This distinction matters because observation, estimation, optimization, and control are not interchangeable. The current BurnHancer showcase does not represent validated UBC measurement, live plant integration, a production digital twin, or equipment control. Its purpose is to make product direction, workflow, and technical boundaries visible enough for informed evaluation and next-step planning.
